I wish I got one of those stickers when I voted! Thanks for your comment on my last blog post. I am so excited about this election. I am glad Obama won NC-at least the state I used to live in went his way NY is not as cool yet..but it’s getting there. Mixing knitting and politics together always yields flavorful results. p.s. my closet looks way worse. i just throw my crap in there and slam the door. i fear what it has become.

I’ve stopped entering every contest I run across, for the very same reasons. Also, I feel like I have a healthy stash and maybe someone else whose stash isn’t as voluminous as mine deserves a chance to win.

Awww, yuck. I think that nasty coughy thing has been travelling- I missed MDSW too because I was ill. It’ll be there next year; I’m hoping I’ll be a much better spinner then.

So sorry to hear you’ve not been well.

I really like what you say about paring down. Sometimes I feel swamped here under all the ’stuff’. Years ago we had a house fire and lost most of our possessions and, weirdly, it felt very freeing. Hmmm… there’s an idea… (joke!)

Sorry to hear you’ve been feeling a bit under the weather…and that it caused you to miss MDSW..
…great looking veggie bed though! My neighbour and I just put one together this past weekend too…very excited for the produce when it comes!
