Thrums!

Thrums! Wheeeee!

Fuzzy mittens on the way!

I said I wasn’t knitting Christmas gifts and I meant it. This is not a Christmas gift. Just sayin’.

Notice two popular colors making an appearance?

It would have been so appropriate to pull The Little Drummer Boy, but sadly I do not have that on my iPod… so, a little punk instead! Happy Friday!

Those are some crazy thrums! I started thrummed mittens once – the thrums were HUGE and the mittens looked like they’d swallowed eggs whole or something – definitely not wearable!

I love them. I made some once and they were pure bliss to wear.

Ooohhh–I’m wishing I had those for my capture this week! :) Never mind I would never wear something that nice to handle elk…I just know they would be so warm! Beautiful photos by the way!

Wow – gorgeous! Look how much fuzz! I remember my mom being disappointed in a thrummed mitten when I was little and didn’t know what she was doing. It’s amazing how much stuff you have to use to make a full lining.
